Their View on Allergies
A Pest Free Home is a Healthy Home
A recent study showed that nine out of ten allergists believe that pests in the home increase the likelihood of illnesses such as asthma and hay fever. The outcome of the survey resulted in 97% of allergists agreeing that the way forward in the prevention of symptoms would be to keep our homes pest free.
Potent Allergen Proteins
Cockroaches and rodents are just two of the many pests that carry potent allergen proteins causing an asthmatic or hay fever sufferer to have more frequent attacks. These proteins could even trigger asthma in certain individuals.
Prevention is better than Cure
If you suffer with allergies, you may not even be aware that these pests are making your symptoms worse. Some people have cockroaches hiding under the bath and don’t even realise, which is a shame because allergies are a chronic disease that affect the immune system. It is important to take all the steps possible to reduce symptoms.
If you are having symptoms such as tightness of breath, coughing excessively (especially throughout the night) wheezing or your chest feels tight, see your doctor and then call our willing and able Pest Control Bexley team. They will soon tell you if you have any form of pest making your symptoms worse.
